New cover designs

I’ve been busy on the design front with a slew of new covers for some really amazing authors.

My good friend Kirsten McCurran published her latest last week, Emma’s Escape, a scintillating tale about a young woman letting go of her comfortable yet boring life, and embracing a sexual side that she never knew she had. If you’re a fan of Kirsten’s, or if you’re in the mood for a sexy book about innocence lost and sexuality found, check out Emma’s Escape.

Lucy V. Morgan just launched her New Adult parody, Tousle Me (A Cliché Too Far), last Friday. This is her first full-length romantic comedy, and is pretty damn funny. Click on over to Amazon to read the hilarious blurb, then read the even more hilarious book.

I’ve got a new book, too, which necessitates a new cover. I’ve been teasing Because He’s Watching: Ian’s Escape for a few weeks now, so I won’t do it again. Just click that link and read the blurb. It should be out soon. Oh, and because that book is so closely tied to Kirsten’s book, I designed a new cover for hers as well.

I’ve got a couple more designs for books that aren’t ready for announcing, including a new one from Max Sebastian, and the debut book of a new author to the naughty wife scene, Ben Boswell. Stay tuned for announcements early in the new year.

Cover reveal: Just Watch Me

Cover for Just Watch MeJust Watch Me is the loose,  novel-length sequel to Rediscovering Danielle. Dean and Danielle are back in this tale of wife-watching and more. Watch this husband and wife push the boundaries of their marriage on a fateful trip to Hawaii.

Fans of Rediscovering and newcomers alike should find something to like as we watch Dean and Danielle. Reading the short story isn’t necessary, although you’ll get a little more out of the sequel if you have.

If all goes smoothly, Just Watch Me should hit Amazon and Barnes & Noble in the latter half of April. Check back here, Twitter, or Facebook for more news. Or, you could sign up to receive blog updates (see the right side).

New cover designs, new books from Kirsten McCurran

I’ve been a little delinquent in sharing my latest cover designs, but this isn’t to say that I don’t have any new ones. In addition to covers for my own stories, Leap and Rediscovering Danielle, I’ve done a couple for my friend Kirsten McCurran, and as hot as I think the covers are, the stories are even hotter.

Bound by Two

If 50 Shades of Grey has whet your appetite for a little light bondage and D/s, then check out Bound by Two. I’m not normally into that sort of thing, but I found myself captivated by this one. Definitely a scorcher. There’s a naughty wife aspect to it, too.

A day of painting by a married couple and their longtime friend turns into a night none of them will ever forget! Stacey is just as comfortable with their friend Alex as she is with her husband, Tim. She should be, she’s known him just as long, and even dated him first, if only briefly. But that was long in the past, and there has not been anything between Stacey and Alex since, not until too much alcohol and a hot summer day turn their usual flirting into something more. Throw in some teasing about Stacey reading Fifty Shades of Grey, and her husband, Tim, sees an opportunity to make a wild night happen. All he needs is a way to tie Stacey down, and she will be helpless before the two men.

The Coach’s Wife (A Wife Watching Tale)

I wrote a whole post on wife-watching, so you know this one’s to my taste. As always, Kirsten does a great job of taking a common fantasy and adding life to it. This story could have been all action and little emotion, but what Kirsten wrote was thoughtful, conflicted, and even emotional at times. And that sets it apart.

When Cara and Frank were a young married couple, he was a high school football coach and half the team used to hang out at the coach’s house, leading more than one player to crush on the coach’s pretty wife. Fast forward years later and one of Frank’s former players is a major football star. When Marcus is awarded for his charity work, he invites his old coach and Cara to the black tie banquet as a thank you. Frank and Cara make the most of the chance to dress up and go into the city, deciding that on their night on the town “anything goes.” The fun starts in the limo, but when they arrive at the banquet and Cara starts shamelessly flirting with Marcus, the couple must decide if they are ready to cross the line and make their fantasy a reality. And Marcus must decide if he’s ready to finally close the deal and enjoy his old crush.

Two erotica covers added to the gallery

Thanks to my vacation from power this past week (and a special thanks to Dominion Power for arranging the outage), I’ve been a little delayed in adding my two latest, but right now, they’re in the wild. One is a cover for my own Moving Mrs. Mitchell (read it here for free). The other is for a wonderful novel about first-time swingers descriptively entitled Swinging Saved Our Marriage, by my good friend Kirsten McCurran (definitely check this one out, available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble).

Upcoming stories and cover reveals

Little Miss Calculation was published in November. Here we are, almost June of the next year, and for that, I apologize. But that’s not to say I haven’t been busy. In fact, I’m making the leap from the free sites to the world of publishing, and to kick things off, I’m going to release three stories at once: While She Watches, Eight Hundred Dollar Heels, and a slightly revised After School Special (which will be a free download). I’ve already designed the covers, so hopefully they will be available in the next week or two

While She Watches

A charity auction brings out Cara’s wildest fantasy yet; she wants to watch Nick with her best friend, Elise. While Nick is into his girlfriend’s crazy fantasy—after all, Elise is a pretty brunette with a body that makes him want to do bad things to her—he never considers really doing it. That would be insane, right? However, when he wins a date with Elise at a charity auction, Nick discovers Cara plans to make her fantasy a reality.

Eight Hundred Dollar Heels

Looking at her reflection, Deanna can barely recognize herself. She’s used to being pretty, sure, but the brunette sitting at the hotel bar looks as good as the $800 heels she’s wearing–she knows this because of all the stares she gets from the men around. Not that they have a chance; she has a good husband and a comfortable life waiting for her on the other side of the country. Question is, can the woman in the mirror remember that?

After School Special

When Andy’s friends convince him to visit a strip club in their final summer before college, shy Andy has a few things to worry about. Running into his history teacher, Ms. Fischer, was never one of them.

Moonlighting as a cocktail waitress at a strip club, Hayley Fischer is just as freaked out as Andy when her former student walks through the door. Is this a nightmare scenario for both? Or possibly a dream come true?

Originally published on kennywriter.com, this updated version will be free to download. I’ve updated the version on this website with the latest edition.

The world of erotica needs more stories written for guys, by guys, and this is my offering (hopefully the first of many). If you’re not familiar with my style, poke around this site. I try to write sexy, explicit, and often romantic erotica with characters I could fall in love with and plots that stay with me long after I’m done with them. Look for them soon. I’d love to hear what you think.

New Cover Art: Kissing in a Tree

My cover art portfolio is getting to the point where I need to consider just that: an actual portfolio. Here’s the latest. Pretty sexy little short, too.

After her reckless behavior in the first Her Other Husband story, “A Snap Decision,” Kelly can’t get her longtime friend Danny off her mind. She’s confused that she doesn’t feel guilty for cheating on her husband, and her confusion grows when she realizes she wants to be with Danny again. After a hot sexting session gets her primed, Kelly agrees to meet Danny late one Friday night for an encounter in one of their childhood haunts, the backyard treehouse!

The short story, “Kissing in a Tree,” is the second in Kirsten McCurran’s “Her Other Husband” series. It’s naughty. It’s dirty. It’s quick. And it’s only .99. Oh, and it has a kick ass cover, designed by yours truly. It’s available at Amazon and Barnes & Noble, so pick one up for your Kindle or Nook.

I know for a fact that there will be one more in this series.

New Cover Art: Sex Equity by Jake Marlow

While life may be preventing me from doing much of my own writing (either creatively or on this blog), my e-cover portfolio continues to grow. Jake Marlow, an author I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past few years, has released a new novella entitled Sex Equity, a twist on the Indecent Proposal storyline. What if Robert Redford had a hot wife he wanted to see Demi Moore get it on with, instead of himself? Intrigued? Then pick this up. It’s only $1.49 and worth every penny.

Amazon’s description:

Molly has been fending off the advances of her sexy, wealthy client Jonah Mitchell forever, but when she and her husband, Eric, find their dream house and it’s way out of their price range, Molly gives Jonah’s offers a second thought. He claims all he wants is to watch Molly with his Nordic goddess wife, Cerina. Molly asks just how much Jonah would pay for his show and a devil’s bargain is struck. But can Molly trust Jonah to keep his “hands off” promise, or will Molly come to regret her decision?
