November 2026 Update

This’ll be my first real post on Substack, the new home of my blog. Fingers crossed that you all get it!

I probably say this every time I write one of these things, but I really, really cannot believe that it’s November already. Like, I’m still living in the summertime. Last month, I wrote a short story about a bikini, and the current novella (Never Too Late to Play: Caymans) takes places in, well, the Caribbean. That said, my kids have started putting Christmas music on, now that Halloween is behind us, so I should get into the swing of things one way or another.

I did write one season-appropriate thing though. The latest short on Patreon and Ream is a Halloween one.

The Queen

This is part of my micro-shorts story series, although this one’s over 4k words, which pushes it, IMO, beyond “micro” but that’s how long that story needed, so that’s what it became. I cannot publish erotica on Patreon for free. It’s against their terms, and I’ve learned not to do anything against their terms. But all shorts (of which there are not 5) are available to anyone with a paid subscription, even the one that’s a buck. If you’re on the fence about reading, or want a little extra for subscribing there, it’s available. The Queen follows on from The Suit, and is available on both Patreon and Ream. Oh, and here’s the blurb:

Her Secret Hotpast, Books 3 and 4

In case you haven’t been paying attention these last few months, Paul Garland and I have been working on a erotic suspense series called Her Secret Hotpast, that follows a woman, Jennifer Turner, who was once a sugar baby to a very rich man—a past that she never told her husband, Bryan. Until now.

It’s a series filled with twists and turns that only the mind of Paul Garland can bring, mixed with my own blend of romantic style. It was first posted on Ream and Patreon, as are all of my books and stories, where it received more comments and feedback than possibly anything that I’ve written before (mostly on Discord). It was a wild experience, and really helped shape where the book landed.

Book Three, The Last Chance, is already out and available. (Look for details on my new site!) Book Four, The Turning Tide, will arrive November 17. You can preorder it all over the place, though, including Amazon and Smashwords.

Hotwife Digest

I’ll be in the upcoming Hotwife Digest, a publication from the A.C.H.E. community. The story is just The Suit, so if you’re not a subscriber, you can read it there, along with a bunch of other fun short stories from like-minded authors (such as Max Sebastian, Kirsten McCurran, and Paul Garland, of course).

Never Too Late to Play: The Caymans

This one’s just about to finish up on Patreon and Ream. It’s the sixth vignette in the Never Too Late series, that follows a couple on the other side of their fifties and how they discover hotwifing. And folks, let me tell you, Julianna is a real smoke show, and she’s really coming into her own in this novella. It really goes to prove that it’s never too late to have fun, and it’s definitely hot.

Last chapter lands tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3. It should go out to bookstores in December.

What’s Next

I wish I was organized enough to give you a roadmap to what I’m working on next, but alas, I am so not organized. I kind of write what I feel, and often times, that means I’m writing parts of a lot of different things. But I can give you a few tastes. Let me try to do it in an organized way.

That Kind of Tuesday (my Groundhog Day book)

That Kind of Tuesday is my working title, but I like it. It’s about a guy who’s stuck repeating the same Tuesday over and over—a Tuesday in which he realizes that his wife is sleeping with another man. I won’t give too much away, but it’s a WEIRD one. It’s also just flowing. I just started it a couple weeks ago, and am already well over halfway done with it. I know how it ends, I know exactly what the twists are, but beyond that, I’m just writing and seeing how the characters react. And let me tell you, they’re as weirded out by it all as I am.

It’s also extremely sexy. Like, there are so many opportunities to really crank up the spice levels, and I’m turning all those dials.

I don’t have a cover image, although I do have images of the wife. She’s up in the image above. That’s Kim.

Anyway, it’ll start going up on the subscriptions this month, and I am so curious what the community will think of this one. So that’s next.

Raven

I’ve teased it, but I think my next major series is going to be the sequel to In Too Deep, which is right now tentatively titled simply “Raven.” I’ve gone back through the first two books (or four books, depending on how you divide them up) and have all I need to start the new… other than time.

While We Were Apart: Her Hotpast

I’ve also started the planning process on this one, too. I honestly have no idea whether this’ll amount to a full novel, or it’ll be a shorter vignette. We’ll see how it shakes out. But honestly, I need to take a momentary break from hotpast books and focus on some other off-the-wall projects.

Other things

Well, this is getting very long, and I need to get to work. The above are not the only things, they’re just the ones at the top of my mind. Paul’s got a few fun bonus scenes from Her Secret Hotpast, and I have a few I’d like to write myself. I’m still thinking about Claire.ai, my AI story, although it’s now seeming more and more realistic than sci-fi. I totally forgot about that Castaway-style book I mentioned in the last update, but yes, that too. That’ll be an amazing story.
