New story: Moving Mrs. Mitchell

Something new. And free. We like those things, yes? It’s also a quickie. I’m in the process of reorganizing my free story section, but most of the kinks should be worked out. Here’s the description:

Mrs. Robin Mitchell couldn’t stand living another moment in her cheating husband’s place. She needed to get out, and get out as soon as possible. College guys Paul and Brandon were more than willing to help her move… not just into her new house, but into her new life.

Here’s the link: Moving Mrs. Mitchell

It should also be available in epub and mobi format as soon as I can hammer out a cover. Enjoy! And always, drop me some feedback if you liked it.

Upcoming stories and cover reveals

Little Miss Calculation was published in November. Here we are, almost June of the next year, and for that, I apologize. But that’s not to say I haven’t been busy. In fact, I’m making the leap from the free sites to the world of publishing, and to kick things off, I’m going to release three stories at once: While She Watches, Eight Hundred Dollar Heels, and a slightly revised After School Special (which will be a free download). I’ve already designed the covers, so hopefully they will be available in the next week or two

While She Watches

A charity auction brings out Cara’s wildest fantasy yet; she wants to watch Nick with her best friend, Elise. While Nick is into his girlfriend’s crazy fantasy—after all, Elise is a pretty brunette with a body that makes him want to do bad things to her—he never considers really doing it. That would be insane, right? However, when he wins a date with Elise at a charity auction, Nick discovers Cara plans to make her fantasy a reality.

Eight Hundred Dollar Heels

Looking at her reflection, Deanna can barely recognize herself. She’s used to being pretty, sure, but the brunette sitting at the hotel bar looks as good as the $800 heels she’s wearing–she knows this because of all the stares she gets from the men around. Not that they have a chance; she has a good husband and a comfortable life waiting for her on the other side of the country. Question is, can the woman in the mirror remember that?

After School Special

When Andy’s friends convince him to visit a strip club in their final summer before college, shy Andy has a few things to worry about. Running into his history teacher, Ms. Fischer, was never one of them.

Moonlighting as a cocktail waitress at a strip club, Hayley Fischer is just as freaked out as Andy when her former student walks through the door. Is this a nightmare scenario for both? Or possibly a dream come true?

Originally published on kennywriter.com, this updated version will be free to download. I’ve updated the version on this website with the latest edition.

The world of erotica needs more stories written for guys, by guys, and this is my offering (hopefully the first of many). If you’re not familiar with my style, poke around this site. I try to write sexy, explicit, and often romantic erotica with characters I could fall in love with and plots that stay with me long after I’m done with them. Look for them soon. I’d love to hear what you think.

Oh, conferences…

They can be great to attend. Enriching, educational, even inspirational. I’ve had some amazing experiences at them, and if you can get your employer to fund a trip to one, I highly recommend taking advantage.

Working them is an entirely different. You’re on from the time you get up to the time you go to bed, and I don’t think you can understand the full extent of the pressure until it’s over. That’s how I feel, anyway, every single time one is over.

OK, so what’s the point, you ask? Well, somewhere, squeezed in the moments between receptions and plenaries and set-up and tear-down, I wrote a story about the conference experience. 14k words, too!  It’s making the rounds, but I think it’s a pretty good one, too, that explores the unique situations that crop up at these kinds of things. And hilariously (since the last story was mis-posted under Mature) this one actually is a Mature-themed tale about a sexy older executive and a young programmer and how he comes to view his boss in a new light.

Look for it in the coming weeks!

If you want to be alerted the moment it’s posted, you can either subscribe to the mailing list on the right there, or follow me on Twitter.

Submitted

Just submitted my fifth story, After School Special, to Literotica. Love the anticipation! In advance, much thanks to my friend Jake for helping me work this short (but hopefully good) story out, and my wife for editing my mistakes. When I asked her if she’d ever thought she’d edit a line that contained “g-string” in it, she just laughed.

I’ll post again when it’s up.

Oh, and I’m playing around with a subscribe option for updates and blog posts. That field should be to the right.

A few updates

Facebook
I set up a Facebook Page. For the 7 of you who’ve managed to stumble on this page, if you’re interested, you can now follow me there as well. This goes along with the Twitter feed, although I suppose Facebook would allow for discussions and what not? I have a personal page there as well, but don’t think I’ll be updating that a whole lot.

“Rags to Reunions” posted
My latest story, “Rags to Reunions,” has been posted on the various sites (as well as this one). If you enjoyed it, some positive votes on literotica.com (or any of the sites) would always be appreciated.

About Me
I actually finally finished writing a blurb here (Good lord, this post sounds conceited). I think I’m going to stop now. Maybe get back to writing. Take care!

The waiting game

I just submitted my fourth story to literotica.com. Now the wait begins.

As a writer, I think I hem and haw quite a bit before I’m happy with a story (and even then, I’m not sure that I’m ever completely happy). I realize the contradiction to hold on to something for so long, only to get impatient when I release it into the public, but at least I’ll own up to it. Once I’m done with something, I’m pretty much done with it.

This is evidenced by the most recent story, “The Right Subject.” There are definitely typos there (some kind reader even went so far as to list them out for me). I just haven’t found the energy to edit and resubmit. Yes, this will happen, but right now, I’m focused on moving forward and producing new things, rather than fixing old.

In any case, one more story has been released. I’m pretty proud of this one. In a couple days, we’ll see if that pride is deserved (hunch: it is).
